We're seeking a tech-savvy, energetic Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of diverse marketing initiatives. The firm is in year 2 and growing at a fast pace, so there is plenty of room for growth! This is an in-person position, and you must be based in Tampa, Florida to be considered.

What You'll Do

• Social Media Management: Lead our presence across 5+ platforms with engaging, strategic content
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute lead magnets, email campaigns, and online advertising strategies
• Traditional Marketing: Support print, radio, and event-based marketing efforts
• Brand Representation: Attend networking events, functions, and community gatherings as a firm ambassador
• Community Building: Create and nurture an online community to drive engagement and loyalty
• Content Creation: Produce compelling marketing materials, graphics, and multimedia content
• Campaign Analytics: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across all channels
