Job Description

A1 Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator & Physician Liaison to promote our outpatient physical therapy services, manage social media marketing, and develop professional relationships with local physicians and healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, physician outreach, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms; create engaging posts, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Digital Marketing: Develop marketing campaigns, manage online advertising, and assist with website updates, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
• Physician Outreach: Regularly visit local physician offices, introduce our physical therapy services, and establish professional referral relationships.
• Physician Liaison: Maintain communication with physicians, office managers, and referral coordinators.
• Community Marketing: Promote A1 Physical Therapy through networking, community events, and local partnerships.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, track marketing activities, and provide progress reports to management.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in social media marketing is required.
• Experience creating digital content using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and conduct regular physician office visits.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Healthcare marketing, physician liaison, or medical referral development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO is a plus.
