Email and marketing automation are core engines of that growth, and we're looking for someone who can turn strategy and content into well built, well measured programs inside HubSpot.

Role Summary

The Marketing Automation / Email Specialist owns the day to day building, execution, and optimization of email and automation programs in HubSpot. This person turns campaign briefs and content from Product Marketing and Creative into segmented, automated, on brand programs, and continuously tests and improves performance. This is a hands on, builder focused role for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of email and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns and automated nurture workflows in HubSpot.
• Design and maintain list segmentation, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring logic in partnership with the Marketing Operations Manager.
• Build landing pages and forms in HubSpot to support campaigns and lead capture.
• Run an ongoing testing program (subject lines, send times, content, calls to action) and turn results into recommendations.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and sender reputation, and take corrective action when metrics slip.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Creative on email content, design, and calendar planning.
• Report on email and automation performance (opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes) and surface insights to the broader team.
• Keep email and data practices compliant with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.
• Serve as the team's day to day HubSpot expert, helping other team members use the platform effectively.
