A key part of that vision is operating with F100 level quality and process, even as a lean team. The Marketing Operations Manager is central to making that happen.

Role Summary

The Marketing Operations Manager owns the systems, data, and processes that let the rest of the marketing team focus on their highest value work. This person builds and maintains the marketing technology stack, designs scalable workflows, keeps campaign data clean and trustworthy, and delivers the reporting that shows what's working. This role partners closely with the Product Marketing Manager on quarterly planning cadence, with the Marketing Automation / Email Specialist on platform administration, and with Sales Operations on lead flow and funnel visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform (HubSpot or equivalent) and its integration with the CRM.
• Design, document, and continuously improve marketing processes and workflows (campaign intake, approvals, launch checklists, reporting cadence) so they scale as the team grows.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and funnel metrics for team and leadership review.
• Own data hygiene, lead scoring, and lead routing rules, and partner with Sales Operations to keep handoffs and SLAs clean.
• Support the quarterly go to market planning cadence, working with the Product Marketing Manager to keep the GTM template process running smoothly across brands.
