Roughly 70% of insulin-dependent adults are still on multiple daily injections — the “almost-pumpers” who have looked at traditional pumps and decided they were too complex, too bulky, or too expensive. Our answer is Pivot, a tubeless insulin patch pump built from the ground up to be simple to learn, easy to live with, and affordable. Pivot received FDA 510(k) clearance and is now commercially available in the U.S., marking our transition from a development-stage company to a commercial one. We're looking for a Marketing Associate to help bring the Pivot story to patients, providers, and partners. You'll organize campaigns, create the content and collateral that carry our message across channels, and keep projects moving in close coordination with the team — all within the brand and regulatory standards that come with marketing an FDA-cleared medical device. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for an early-career marketer who writes well, has an eye for brand and design, sweats the details of compliant content, and is excited to work with modern tools — including generative AI — to do great work quickly. • Organize and coordinate marketing campaigns across channels, keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and on brand
• Write engaging, accurate copy for social media, email, blogs, website, and patient- and provider-facing materials — translating product and clinical information into clear, compelling messaging
