Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator / Office Support to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creative content creation with strategic marketing initiatives, all while providing essential office support. You will be instrumental in executing digital marketing campaigns, and managing social media platforms. We are looking for someone who can do more than simply take pictures and make posts. The right person should understand what makes content engaging, have a creative eye, be comfortable creating short-form video, and be able to independently develop new content ideas.

Regular Work Schedule

Monday–Friday

8:00 AM–1:00 PM Approximately 25 hours per week

This is a 100% in-person position. All editing, posting, social media management, and other office duties are performed at our office. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this position.

The employee will report to the company office at the beginning of their scheduled workday unless otherwise directed by management for company business.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE REQUIREMENT

**Although this position is normally Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, the employee will also serve as required backup coverage for our receptionist when she is scheduled off. On
