We are looking for a fully bilingual Marketing & Communications Specialist who can help bring our mission, products, and services to life through engaging content, creative campaigns, and effective communication. In this highly visible role, you will help shape how our members experience OAS FCU through marketing, digital communications, public relations, and member engagement initiatives.

We believe the best communication comes from understanding our people, culture, and members firsthand. While much of the work can be done remotely, periodic in-office attendance will be required to build relationships, stay connected to the organization, and develop a deeper understanding of the people and communities we serve.

The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating marketing, communications, and content-related activities across the Business Development and Marketing function. This role supports the delivery of campaigns, member communications, content production, vendor coordination, social media management, and performance tracking. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, clear, and high-quality communication with members, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Marketing and Communications Specialist works closely with internal departments, external vendors, and leadership, translating approved strategies into effective communications and deliverables.
