Marketing & Client Operations Assistant (AI-Forward)

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. | Eastern, Central or Mountain Time Zones

I (the CEO, Wayne Chapin) am looking for a sharp, full-time (with benefits) Marketing & Client Operations Assistant who will work closely with me every day. My account manager and assistant of the last four years is moving on, and I want to broaden the role with the next hire.

I am open to Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones, but not Pacific due to the 2 hour time difference. It just does not work well long-term even if you are the ultimate early-bird.

Let me be direct about what this is, because the title only tells you part of it.

WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS

This role has four buckets

MARKETING

We spend AGGRESSIVELY on paid digital marketing, and my YouTube content drives inbound demand. You would help with marketing coordination, keep our website updated, assist in deployment of campaigns, and keep the marketing machine moving. You do not have to be the strategist. You have to be the person who gets it done.

PROPOSALS AND SALES SUPPORT

You take incoming leads created through our digital marketing campaigns, contact them to qualify them, and schedule a follow-up appointment that includes me. You take the relevant details about the prospect's needs, then use our template to draft a proposal with the IT project engineers and me. I review it with you, we finalize it, and we present it together. Then you check back every 3-4 weeks until they say yes, say no, or ghost us.

This is NOT a commissioned sales job.

You are paid as a professional in the company with a full-time salary, respected work-life balance, and company profit sharing like everyone else. There are no quotas. There is no cold-calling.

CLIENT COORDINATION

You work with our existing client base (200+ clients and growing) to answer questions, schedule monthly meetings for account maintenance, resolve issues, and keep long-term clients happy. Any of our managed services c
