Pure Green is a fast-growing health and wellness franchise serving cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls, built on research-backed nutrition and some of the best-in-class superfoods in the category — think açaí, no GMOs, no added sugar. We're not chasing trends; we're building a real wellness brand backed by real ingredients. We just opened our newest location at Market at UTC in Sarasota, and while we carry the strength and credibility of an established franchise, this location is locally owned and hands-on — the person who takes this role will genuinely shape how the brand grows in this community. What You'll Actually Be Doing

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community, building real relationships:

• Visiting local gyms, salons, spas, coffee shops, and wellness businesses to set up sampling events and cross-promotions
• Booking our in-store event space for birthday parties, student club meetups, and small gatherings
• Pitching and booking our mobile smoothie-bike experience for corporate events, birthday parties, and private functions
• Representing the brand at local community and fitness events (think Nathan Benderson Park, farmers markets, local races)
• Building a growing network of repeat local partners over time — this role rewards relationship-building, not one-off cold calls

Compensation

We're upfront about this because we want the right fit, not a surprise later:

• Base pay: $16-18/hour to start, 15-20 flexible hours/week
• Plus commission on every signed local partnership, every booked private event, and every catering booking you bring in — this is where the real earning potential lives, and it's uncapped
• Growth path: strong performers in this role have a clear path to more hours, a larger territory, or a full-time marketing role as we grow
