We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive consultation bookings, engagement, and client LTV across our 400+ clinics nationwide.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate on our full CRM communication strategy, optimizing engagement with existing contacts while expanding our list. You’ll lead campaign execution, A/B testing, and personalization efforts, to maximize performance without compromising brand integrity. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinic Operations, and Sales teams to refine our SMS strategy and deepen engagement with prospective and existing clients throughout their treatment journey.

You will thrive in this role if you’re a data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in platforms like Iterable or Braze, and a passion for continuous experimentation. You’re comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution and enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, SEO, Performance Marketing, Clinic Operations, and Social Media teams to launch programs that deliver results.
