MaleMD is a bootstrapped DTC men's telehealth brand with a multi-SKU catalog of prescription and compounded health products — one of the larger independent operators in the category.

We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our entire email and SMS engine. You'll report to senior management and build the system that turns single-product customers into multi-product customers.

What You'll Own

• All Klaviyo flows — abandoned cart, welcome, cross-sell, winback, reactivation, promotional sends
• SMS execution (Attentive or Klaviyo SMS)
• Cross-sell campaigns across our catalog — moving customers from one product into adjacent ones
• Winback and reactivation programs for churned subscribers
• Holiday and promotional calendar, ongoing educational content
• Building and shipping your own emails day to day, with a designer supporting you on hero and brand moments

What You Need

• In-house experience at a DTC subscription brand with a MULTI-PRODUCT catalog operating at real scale (20,000+ active subscribers) — this is the most important requirement
• 3+ years hands-on in Klaviyo — you've personally built flows, segments, and conditional logic
• SMS platform experience (Attentive, Postscript, or Klaviyo SMS)
• You build your own emails and have a point of view on what makes one look premium vs. cheap
• Real, specific numbers from prior work — cross-sell rates, winback conversion, retention lift

• Health, wellness, supplements, or telehealth background
• You've built lifecycle for a brand-new product launch
