About the role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own how we market to customers after the sale: the campaigns and programs that keep customers engaged, renewing, and growing. You'll sit at the intersection of

marketing and customer success, translating where a customer is in their journey into the right message at the right moment.

This role a great fit for someone with a few years of marketing experience who has proven they can run programs and is now hungry for more scope: the chance to own a strategy end to end, work directly with cross-functional

partners, and grow into a broader lifecycle leader.

Key Responsibilities

* Design the customer lifecycle marketing strategy. Build and own a lifecycle marketing framework that maps

the full post-sale journey (onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal) and defines the marketing actions that move customers forward at each stage.

* Partner with Customer Success. Work hand in hand with the CS team to pinpoint where each customer sits in the lifecycle, align on health and risk indicators, and coordinate marketing and CS touchpoints so customers

get one coherent experience.

* Define and track account-based signals. Determine which behavioral, product-usage, and engagement signals

indicate renewal risk, expansion readiness, or disengagement, then build the tracking and segment
