The Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts by managing key systems, segmentation, data, and the lead management process. You’ll ensure leads and campaign responses are processed efficiently, marketing data is accurate and actionable, and the marketing tech stack is optimized to support pipeline growth. You will

• Own the lead management process including scoring, MQL lifecycle and follow-up SLAs. Partner with marketing, sales, sales ops and rev ops to monitor lead quality and optimize conversion.
• Design & maintain audience segmentation frameworks to power campaigns. Process event and campaign lists, use AI and enrichment tools to identify ICP contacts, and continuously refine audiences based on performance data, sales feedback, and business priorities.
• Maintain campaign data integrity, ensuring campaign responses, attribution and lead disposition data is captured cleanly
