We’re looking to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team! Reporting to our VP of Marketing & Business Development, you’ll lead the end-to-end Travel Advisor engagement strategy, from acquisition through long-term loyalty and retention. This strategic, hands-on role combines marketing technology, data, and lifecycle marketing to build and optimize always-on customer journeys. You'll own the MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Glassbox, GA4, Peec.ai, and related tools, while partnering cross-functionally with Customer Experience (CEX), Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.

Success in this role will be measured by increased Travel Advisor activation, stronger engagement across lifecycle stages, higher retention, improved data quality, and measurable performance gains from lifecycle campaigns and Passport to Perks communications.
