Responsibilities

• Cold calling through the provided database of businesses.
• Prospect and identify potential business clients through outbound calls and emails.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales consultants.
• Learn and confidently present our digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI solutions, and marketing automation.
• Use CRM software to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve outreach and lead generation.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and promotional materials.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while continuously improving your sales skills.
• Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• At least a year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
