The Role

This position sits at the ETST corporate level and serves as the digital marketing lead for our healthcare businesses.

Your first priority will be growing our telehealth e-commerce business, PeakNow.com, where patients discover us online, complete a consultation, and receive care and products shipped to their door. As you establish results there, your scope will expand to our compounding pharmacies, where you'll build marketing programs that reach both patients and prescribers.

You'll plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok; build and optimize email and SMS programs; manage content creator partnerships; decide where our budget goes and prove what it returns; and own the technical tracking layer that makes all of it measurable.

This is a builder's role, not a manager-of-agencies role. You'll work directly with our developers, designers, and executive leadership, and you'll own the numbers.

Everything you'll market is health-related. Telehealth and pharmacy are restricted advertising categories with their own platform policies, certification requirements, and privacy rules. Healthcare marketing experience is strongly preferred, and candidates who have already worked within those constraints will hit the ground running.
