Real Estate Team Marketing Assistant

Jacie & Company Real Estate is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team!

We are a modern, relationship-focused real estate team serving the Raleigh-area market, and we’re looking for someone who can help us keep our marketing consistent, elevated, and moving forward behind the scenes.

This is a very part-time, flexible position averaging approximately 20 hours per month, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to add extra income while using their marketing and creative skills.

What You’ll Help With

This role will assist with the ongoing marketing needs of Jacie & Company, including

• Creating and updating marketing materials in Canva
• Assisting with social media graphics, listing marketing, team branding, and promotional content
• Creating and managing email marketing through Flodesk
• Updating and maintaining website content through Showit
• Creating and uploading WordPress blog posts
• Assisting with basic SEO strategy and website optimization
• Updating and optimizing our Google Business Profile (GMB)
• Helping maintain consistency across our website, social media, email marketing, and digital presence
• Updating existing marketing pieces as listings, team information, events, and promotions change
• Assisting with occasional marketing campaigns, client events, community initiatives, and team projects
• Keeping marketing projects organized and completed on schedule

Experience We Are Looking For

Experience within real estate, small business marketing, social media, or lifestyle brands is a major plus.
