Summary

You own the path from a new signup to a deeply engaged, paid workspace that runs on ClickUp and Brain². You build the self-serve onboarding and lifecycle systems (in-app and email) that meet users where they are, generate the right content at the right time based on their actual activity, and guide them into deeper product usage. You own conversion to paid: how paywalls appear and perfor
