About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Growth Marketing & CRM Manager to oversee marketing and lead-generation efforts for two established businesses located in Boca Raton.

One company is in the business financial services industry, serving clients nationwide. The other is an established women's fitness and wellness company serving the local Boca Raton market.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketer who wants to become an integral part of two growing companies and have significant ownership over strategy, execution, systems, and results.

We are NOT looking for an agency.

We want an individual who will come into our office and studio, meet our teams, understand our businesses from the inside out, learn our sales processes and customers, and become our go-to person for growth and marketing.

What You'll Own

You will be responsible for the overall execution and management of our marketing initiatives, including:

• Managing and optimizing Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads
• Developing paid advertising strategies and testing new audiences, creative, offers, and campaigns
• Managing GoHighLevel and our CRM infrastructure
• Building and improving workflows, pipelines, triggers, automations, and lead-routing systems
• Creating and managing SMS and email drip campaigns
• Developing mass-text marketing and lead-reactivation campaigns
• Building and optimizing landing pages and sales funnels
• Managing lead databases and ensuring leads are properly tracked and followed
• Developing retargeting and nurture campaigns
• Monitoring cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, appointments, conversions, and customer acquisition costs
• Identifying where leads are being lost and developing strategies to improve conversion
• Creating campaigns to reactivate
