It’s an agency where the day-to-day way of working is relaxed, yet thought-provoking because it’s very well organized.

You will own lead generation end-to-end for two brands, the WPRiders agency and our Swiss premium AI brand, coming up with the strategy and then building it yourself: landing pages, outreach sequences, LinkedIn content, lead magnets, and positioning tests, for clients based in the US, Western Europe, and Switzerland.

We are looking for a marketer with at least three years of experience generating B2B leads for services, agency, or SaaS businesses, who can point to specific campaigns they ran and the pipeline that came out of them. Our team needs somebody who builds rather than briefs, is comfortable owning a number, and is genuinely curious about why our clients buy.

• Experience in B2B lead generation or growth marketing for services, agency or SaaS businesses. Not e-commerce only.
• A track record you can point to: specific campaigns you ran, and the leads or pipeline that came out of them
• Strong written English. You will be writing every word our US, Western European and Swiss prospects read
• Copywriting ability: cold email, ads, landing pages, LinkedIn, lead magnets
• The ability to build a landing page independently, in WordPress with Elementor or an equivalent builder
• Comfort with cold outreach mechanics: domain and inbox warm-up, deliverability, sequencing, personalisation at scale, and a GDPR-compliant approach for EU prospects
• Analytics literacy: GA4, Search Console, UTM discipline, and the ability to build a simple reporting view and read it correctly
• Basic technical comfort: sending email campaigns, embed codes, tracking pixels, no fear of a CMS adm
