Ranch Pools (ranchpools.co) sells custom stock tank pools direct to customers who design their own build online. We're small, fast-moving, and founder-led — the kind of place where one good idea on a Tuesday can be live by Friday.

The Role

We're hiring our first dedicated Growth & Partnerships Manager. This is a build-it-yourself role, not a follow-the-playbook role. You'll take ownership of how we sell, how we show up on social, and how we grow into new channels like landscaping partnerships — and you'll get paid on what you build.

You'll report directly to the founder, but don't expect hand-holding. We're looking for someone who sees a gap, has an idea, and just runs at it.

What You'll Own

● Sales messaging — Respond to and convert inbound leads (DMs, chat, email). Own the tone, the follow-up cadence, and the close.

● Social & content — Come up with content ideas, shoot and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), and grow our following into real, trackable demand.

● Partnerships — Identify, pitch, and close referral/installer partnerships with landscaping companies in target markets.

● Deal program — Design and launch a promo/referral/affiliate program that drives incremental sales, and iterate on it based on what converts.

● Brand-building, generally — If it grows the brand and you think it's worth doing, you have the room to pitch it and run it.

● Automation & AI — Spot the repetitive stuff that can be automated, and implement AI tools to get more done, faster. We want someone who builds with AI to grow the brand more efficiently — not someone skeptical of it.

● Whatever else comes up — This is a small startup. You'll take on other tasks and projects as the founder needs, wearing whatever hat the day calls for.

Who You Are

● 1–3+ years of experience in social media, DTC/e-commerce marketing, sales, or a mix of the three.
