About Community Development

Community Development is a luxury custom home builder specializing in high-end custom homes and major remodels throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and surrounding luxury communities.

We already retain a professional team for photography, video production, and social media. We are seeking an experienced freelance Marketing Project Manager / Marketing Operations Consultant to organize, implement, and complete several important marketing initiatives.

This is an execution and coordination role - not a social media content-creation position.

The Assignment

We need a self-directed operator who can assess what is unfinished, establish priorities, coordinate specialists and vendors, and drive the work through completion with minimal oversight. The initial engagement is intended to get our marketing infrastructure caught up and leave behind repeatable systems.

Responsibilities

· Audit and update the existing website, including project pages, service pages, team information, contact forms, broken links, outdated content, and conversion paths.

· Coordinate website improvements with developers, SEO specialists, and other vendors; track commitments, deadlines, and completed work.

· Improve local search visibility by managing Google Business Profile updates, consistent business information, location-focused content, project case studies, and priority SEO tasks.

· Review and update Houzz, BuildZoom, and other relevant third-party profiles.

· Create and manage a systematic client review and testimonial program, including outreach, direct review links, respectful follow-up, and progress tracking.
