About the Role

Granted lowers people's healthcare costs and cuts down on admin and stress. We're building the AI-native patient financial OS — the first purpose-built company working entirely on the user's side of the healthcare system, unequivocally advocating for consumers.

The hook is bill lowering. People come to us when they have a bill they can't afford or don't understand. Granted checks it — catches errors, overcharges and denials, secures financial assistance, and negotiates with providers. That earns us the right to be connected to their insurance and their patient data, and from there Granted runs in the background, proactively monitoring every bill to help patients lower and pay what they owe.

We're early-PMF: ~25 people, seed-stage, and the product is starting to work, with strong early signals that we can distribute it at scale and efficiently. The open question we're working to answer right now is for whom, at what unit economics, and at what scale — and that shapes this role.
