About Us

LeNoble Lumber has supplied the New York metro area since 1965 and is one of the largest specialty lumber and building materials distributors in the region. Our Long Island City yard stocks hardwood and softwood lumber, architectural plywood, panel products, mouldings, and FSC-certified materials. Our fleet of more than 40 trucks delivers from Boston to Baltimore.

Our customers are the people who build New York: film and TV set builders, display and exhibition companies, furniture makers and woodworkers, museums and fine art crating shops, architects, and general contractors.

The Opportunity

This is our first dedicated marketing position. Our growth has come from reputation, referrals, and a strong outside sales team, and we are looking for someone to build a marketing program that supports it. You will own the website, digital campaigns, content, and trade shows, with a budget to work with and a direct line to leadership.

You will also lead marketing for our new distribution center in Edison, New Jersey. We already serve New Jersey customers out of Long Island City. The Edison facility adds local will-call pickup and shorter delivery times, so much of this work involves telling current customers what has changed, bringing back accounts we lost on lead times, and reaching shops that passed on us because of distance.

What You Will Do

• Own the annual marketing plan across our customer segments: set construction, exhibits and displays, woodworking, architects, and contractors
• Lead marketing for the Edison launch, including local search, launch campaigns, an opening event, and a prospect list for the sales team
• Manage and improve lenoblelumber.com in WordPress, including SEO, local search, content, and lead capture
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and geo-targeted platforms, and manage spend against return
• Run email marketing from list building through performance analysis
