Summary of Position

We are hiring a Founding BDR to help us build the top of our sales funnel at iLawyer Marketing from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a fully built playbook. You will help create it, and you will be the first BDR hire as we scale a growing sales team.

You will prospect into law firms, identify decision-makers, and start conversations that turn into real pipeline for our Account Executive team. You will also qualify inbound leads as they come in, making sure nothing sits and nothing gets handed off before it is ready. AI can write a sequence and pull a contact list. What it cannot do is read a room, build trust with a skeptical managing partner, adjust in real time on a call, or push through when those approaches do not land. That is the part of the job that is yours, and it is the part that gets you promoted.

This role has a defined growth path. We are looking for someone who wants to move from Founding BDR into a full-cycle Account Executive seat, as you prove out your numbers and judgment.
