We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to answer one fundamental question: *"How do we create the next engine of profitable consumer growth?"*

This is not a traditional CMO role. You will not simply manage ad budgets or agency rosters. Instead, you oversee the brand marketing and creative teams, own the end-to-end system driving long-term enterprise value—connecting consumer behavior, product, pricing, distribution, ecommerce, retail, acquisition, retention, and unit economics into one integrated growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Verve’s Next Growth Engine: Develop and own a multi-year growth strategy that identifies high-impact opportunities to materially alter the company’s growth trajectory. Answer fundamental questions across customer acquisition, household penetration, DTC, retail/wholesale balance, channel distribution, new categories, and the trade-offs between acquisition, retention, and brand investment.
• Own Profitable Consumer Growth: Establish the commercial and economic framework for growth. Maintain direct P&L accountability across revenue, gross/contribution margins, CAC, LTV, payback periods, new vs. repeat customer growth, retention, channel unit economics, promotional efficiency, and product/customer profitability to ensure every dollar of growth capital yields maximum return.
