Field Application & Marketing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Field Application (Core FAE Functions)

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for ITECH power supply and electronic load products.
• Work directly with customers to understand test requirements and propose optimal system configurations.
• Perform on-site or remote product demonstrations, evaluations, and application validation.
• Coordinate with headquarters and R&D for firmware, hardware, and software issue analysis.
• Prepare technical documents, test reports, and application notes for customer projects.
• Support local distributors and key accounts with training, troubleshooting, and system integration guidance.

Marketing & Business Participation

• Collaborate with HQ marketing team to develop local marketing plans aligned with U.S. market focus (EV, renewable energy, battery test, etc.).
• Provide technical input for marketing materials, including white papers, product launch presentations, case studies, and application articles.
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events, representing ITECH’s technical expertise.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to identify application trends a
