Joist is a B2B SaaS platform built for the trades, helping contractors and home service professionals run their businesses more efficiently — from estimates and invoicing to payments and client communication. We operate across Web, iOS, and Android, and are scaling a fast-growing acquisition and monetization engine that spans new customer acquisition, payments adoption, plan upgrades, and add-ons.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own growth strategy and performance for Joist's new customer acquisition engine — stepping into a critical role on our marketing leadership team. This person will own a significant paid media investment, set the strategy for full-funnel growth in a product led environment (traffic signup paid conversion) across Web, iOS, and Android, and act as the primary partner to our internal paid media team on execution.

This role also acts as a connective hub for our growth-adjacent functions — partnering closely with SEO and Analytics — and will have shared oversight of both functions as they relate to the growth roadmap. This is a strategic *and* hands-on role: you'll set the direction, but you'll also be in the data, in the campaigns, and in the details.
