We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead marketing for Joist, our B2B SaaS platform for contractors and home service professionals within the EverPro ecosystem, spanning estimates, invoicing, payments, job management, and work scheduling across Web, iOS, and Android.

In this role, you'll set the strategic and growth vision for Joist marketing across brand, product marketing, lifecycle, and go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with Joist's GM, Head of PLG Growth, Product, and central Marketing to ensure marketing investment drives measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cohesive go-to-market strategies that drive growth for Joist, a multi-platform (Web/iOS/Android) product-led growth business
• Own customer acquisition strategy and performance for Joist across paid and organic channels, including traffic, signup, conversion, customer quality, acquisition efficiency, and revenue growth
