About the Role

Flyhomes is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us build a smarter, more scalable growth engine.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, curious, and learns fast. You’ll work across lifecycle marketing, email, social media, growth experimentation, and marketing automation, using data and AI to improve how we engage customers and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize lifecycle and email marketing programs.
• Build segmented and behavior-based nurture campaigns.
• Run growth experiments across messaging, channels, and customer journeys.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Develop organic and paid social strategies and partner-facing email/social programs.
• Use AI and automation to improve marketing workflows and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Content, Sales, and Marketing Operations to execute growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, digital marketing, CRM, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with email, CRM, marketing automation, social, or digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to make decisions.
• Strong marketing judgment and written communication skills.
• A fast learner with strong ownership and a willingness to figure things out.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Excited to make AI part of your everyday marketing workflow.

Nice to Have

• HubSpot experience, paid social, B2B/B2B2C marketing, or experience with channel partners.
• We care less about checking every box and more about learning ability, ownership, and growth potential.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000 per year
