Job Summary

Pets Best

is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement, retention, and growth through targeted email and lifecycle marketing programs. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, strong HTML skills, experience using Acoustic, Braze, or comparable ESP platforms, and a strong analytical mindset. The person in this role will own email measurement, performance reporting, testing, optimization, and channel hygiene to ensure campaigns and automated journeys are continuously improving, reaching the inbox, and delivering against business goals.
