Email Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on Email Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to own and grow our email/SMS program while supporting our Shopify storefront. This role is built for someone who lives inside Klaviyo — building flows and segments, executing a high-volume send calendar personally, and using data to keep improving performance — while also writing strong, on-brand copy.

The ideal candidate is a true Klaviyo operator first: someone with real, hands-on ownership of building campaigns and flows from scratch (not just briefing an agency or working from a template library), who can also write in our brand voice. This person will also support our Shopify storefront — keeping merchandising, promotions, and the customer journey aligned with what's happening in email — working closely with our marketing team and agency partner.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

• Build, QA, and deploy all email and SMS in Klaviyo — including campaigns and automated flows
• Own audience segmentation and targeting logic for every send
• Execute lifecycle flows: welcome series, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase, win-back, and retention — including ongoing optimization, not just initial setup
• Write and edit on-brand copy for email/SMS campaigns, maintaining Anna Griffin's warm, elegant voice
• Partner with our agency to fill execution gaps and ensure send quality and consistency
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and send timing; apply learnings send-over-send
• Track and report on email/lifecycle KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per email)
