E-commerce & Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a creative, organized, and experienced E-commerce & Social Media Coordinator to grow our retail business across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, and Pinterest and be able to create engaging, shoppable content that drives product discovery and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update our Shopify website, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory, collections, and promotions
• Create, launch, and manage an Amazon Store
• Ensure products are properly listed, linked, and available to shop across Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Connect and maintain product catalogs and shopping integrations across all platforms
• Tag products accurately in Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels
• Create shoppable Pinterest Pins and organize products into relevant boards
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads (including Google AdWords), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and paid search marketing to maximize ROI.
• Develop original content for social media, including product photography, videos, Reels, Stories, Pins, captions, and promotional graphics
• Style and photograph products in an attractive, on-brand setting
• Write clear and engaging product descriptions, captions, and promotional copy
• Maintain consistent branding, imagery, product information, and pricing across every platform
• Plan and manage a content calendar featuring new products, promotions, seasonal collections, and brand stories
• Monitor product links and shopping features to ensure customers have a smooth purchasing experience
• Track website traffic, engagement, and sales performance
• Recommend new ideas to grow online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement
