#### Who We Are:

ThinkReservations is one of the leading hospitality technology platforms in the United States. With more than 2,000 businesses using our property management system, channel manager, booking engine, website design and digital marketing services, we are focused on bringing innovative tools and functionality that will allow our customers to pursue growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences. At ThinkReservations, we work together every day to be the top of mind choice in our industry as the all-in-one solution for our customers.

#### Job Overview

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing ThinkReservations' brand awareness strategy — putting our name in front of the independent lodging industry and beyond. Rather than the primary focus being on sales-support demand generation, this role is about expanding who knows ThinkReservations exists: growing our presence on social media, building an organic content and PR engine, and finding new outlets to reach property owners and operators who haven't heard of us yet. You'll lead us in content, social, and events, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to make sure our story reaches the right audience.

#### Job Responsibilities

  • Build and own ThinkReservations' brand awareness strategy, with a focus on reaching potential customers who don't yet know our name.
  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate qualified leads, increase pipeline growth, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Develop and manage a multichannel social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms) to grow audience, engagement, and reach within the independent lodging community.
  • Identify and pursue new outlets and channels — podcasts, industry publications, influencer and creator partnerships, comarketing — to put ThinkReservations in front of new audiences.
  • Assist with the ThinkReservations' website and landing pages to convert visibility into interest, working with design and content to craft onbrand messaging.
  • Own and evolve ThinkReservations' brand positioning, voice, and visual identity in the independent lodging market.
  • Partner with industry associations and hospitality events to build brand presence through sponsorships, speaking engagements, and comarketing.
  • Develop original content (articles, video, social posts, case studies) that builds ThinkReservations' reputation and thought leadership in the space.
  • Support customer marketing efforts, including testimonials, referral programs, and communitybuilding initiatives that turn happy customers into advocates.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our buyer personas and market segments to ensure messaging and channel choices stay relevant.
  • Provide regular reporting on brand awareness, reach, and engagement metrics, and translate those insights into growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales on lightweight, informal handoff of awarenessstage interest, without owning pipeline or revenue quota directly.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on key marketing KPIs, analyzing performance, and driving improvements to support company growth and revenue goals.

#### Preferred Qualifications

  • 58+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with a strong track record in brand building, social media, and content strategy.
  • Proven success growing brand awareness and audience reach through social media, PR, content, and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and platformspecific best practices across organic and paid channels.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills tailoring the voice to match specific audiences and the company voice.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign management, automation, and performance reporting.
  • Experience developing brand positioning and voice for a company entering or growing within a niche market.
  • Experience in the lodging industry, hospitality technology, property management, or travel space is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and organization skills are required for this role
  • Excellent leadership and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a highgrowth, fastpaced, remotefirst environment.
  • Occasional travel is required.
