Director of Marketing

Description

We are hiring for a Director of Marketing. This position will lead the organization's overall marketing strategy, with primary ownership of social media, websites, and brand identity. This fully remote role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving patient engagement, and supporting practice growth across all digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Director partners closely with clinical, and executive leadership to ensure messaging is consistent, compliant, and resonates with patients navigating their fertility journey. Prior marketing experience in fertility, women's health, or healthcare is preferred but not required.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness, grow engaged patient communities, and support practice growth.

2. Branding: Maintain and evolve brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines across all channels and locations, ensuring consistency system-wide as the organization grows.

3. Content Strategy & Creation: Direct the creation of marketing content (blogs, videos, graphics, patient stories) that resonates with target audiences while adhering to healthcare marketing and privacy standards.

4. Campaign Management & Analytics: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and report on results and ROI to executive leadership.

5. Vendor Leadership: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, including designers, ad agencies, and PR partners.
