Eden is seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Director of Leasing & Marketing to lead occupancy growth across a portfolio of six healthcare communities. This executive leadership role oversees multiple leasing teams, directs company-wide marketing strategy, and serves as the final decision maker for all marketing initiatives and expenditures throughout the organization.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate and measurable impact by leading the lease-up of a new 200-resident healthcare community, improving occupancy at a recently acquired community, and supporting four highly successful communities that consistently maintain occupancy levels exceeding 94%.

Position Responsibilities

• Build census and develop lead sourcing to promote long-term growth
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for leasing and marketing teams across six healthcare communities.
• Develop and execute portfolio-wide occupancy growth strategies.
• Establish occupancy goals and implement plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor and improve lead generation, inquiry conversion, tours, deposits, move-ins, and occupancy performance.
• Develop, approve, and oversee all advertising, digital marketing, branding, and lead generation initiatives.
• Analyze marketing performance and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, discharge planners, physicians, social workers, case managers, and community referral partners.
• Conduct market analyses and monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and occupancy trends.
• Standardize sales processes, reporting, and performance metrics across all communities.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing leasing professionals.
