YOUR ROLE & IMPACT AT ASG

As part of a purposeful team at Archipelago Strategies Group, Inc. (ASG), the Digital & Creator Marketing Manager leads the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for managing the digital components of integrated campaigns, including paid digital advertising, social media, YouTube and video advertising, email marketing, content marketing, website initiatives, and creator and influencer marketing.

The Digital & Creator Marketing Manager works across ASG teams to translate client goals and broader campaign strategies into coordinated digital plans. They partner closely with Creative, Media, Communications, Community Engagement, and Client Services to ensure digital initiatives are strategically aligned, delivered on time, and optimized throughout the campaign.

The role combines strong digital campaign management with an understanding of how audiences discover information, consume content, engage with creators, and take action online. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple digital workstreams, developing platform and content strategies, identifying and managing creator partnerships, reviewing campaign performance, and using data and audience insights to continuously improve results.
