Director, Marketing

We are seeking a hands-on Director, Marketing to lead and scale our in-house marketing function. Reporting to the COO, this player-coach leader will set marketing direction and operating priorities while remaining personally involved in high-impact execution.

The Director will own marketing planning, brand stewardship, campaigns and channel execution, agency and vendor management, marketing operations, and performance reporting. Responsibilities include personally developing marketing materials and decks, maintaining the marketing plan and calendar, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand strategy and our leadership team’s direction.

As a trusted partner to the COO, leadership team, external agency, and cross-functional partners, the Director will translate business priorities into coordinated, measurable marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical operator who can drive projects forward, build alignment, and step in where needed in a fast-paced startup environment.
