Director, Demand Generation- Capital One Software (Remote)

Director, Demand Generation- Capital One Software (Remote) Capital One Software Marketing is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own the pipeline engine that fuels the growth for our industry leading SaaS platform. This is a strategic, revenue-accountable leadership role and not a just lead-generation job. You'll architect and run the integrated demand strategy and you'll be measured on the qualified pipeline, revenue, and efficiency you produce.

You'll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, SDR/BDR, Partner Marketing, Web Marketing and Data & Analytics teams to build a repeatable, scalable growth engine, developing and delivering always on campaigns and programs for our ICP and target segments.

What you’ll do

Strategy & planning

• Build and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy by segment, persona, and ICP, mapping campaigns and programs to the full buyer journey from awareness through acquisition.
• Translate revenue targets into quarterly pipeline and campaign plans, and forecast with credible, data-backed accuracy.
• Help refine our ideal customer profile, target account lists, and segmentation in partnership with RevOps, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Campaign & program execution

• Develop and lead integrated, full-funnel campaign and program planning and execution across digital, ABM, nurture, webinars, content syndication, and assist in partner/co-marketing engagements.
• Stand out in a noisy market with differentiated messaging, creative, and demand generation offers — grounded in buyer insight and competitive positioning.
• Run a continuous experimentation and testing program to optimize messaging, execution channels, offers, and conversion.

Growth engine & MarTech

• Build a scalable, privacy-aware demand engine leveraging modern marketing technology.
• Champion the responsible use of AI to accelerate campaign production, personalization, and analysis.
• Ensure data quality
