In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and optimization of digital strategies that inspire parents, students, and educators to engage with schools and unlock their full potential. This position requires you to not only manage campaigns but also craft strategy, write compelling copy when needed, and ensure that every marketing initiative directly supports our clients’ enrollment and growth goals.

You will be responsible for leading digital marketing campaigns and enrollment strategies in the following ways:

Audit client needs and design comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with objectives.

Define and manage campaign goals, budgets, and timelines across multiple channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, social media).

Write or review ad copy and campaign messaging to ensure compelling communication.

Oversee execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet quality and deadlines.

Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
