Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can run the full marketing engine for our clients: paid ads, analytics, content, and production. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership of client results, not a seat on a big team where your work gets lost.

Within your first year, you will be managing ad accounts across multiple client industries, reporting on performance with confidence, and contributing on set as part of our production crew.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Local Services Ads
• Track and report performance using Instagram and Facebook analytics, translating data into clear recommendations for clients
• Manage and grow client presence on TikTok, staying ahead of platform trends and adapting content strategy accordingly
• Edit video and photo content for social, ads, and client deliverables
• Support shoots as part of the production team, applying knowledge of frame rates, lighting, and camera settings to properly light and capture a scene
• Communicate directly with clients and the internal team in a clear, timely, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running and monitoring Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Local Services Ads campaigns
• Working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook analytics and how to act on the numbers
• Familiarity with TikTok and current social media trends
• Video and photo editing experience
• Technical understanding of frame rates and lighting, and the ability to combine them to light a scene correctly
• A friendly, personable presence and professional demeanor, both with clients and on camera when needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
