Job Summary

As a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll plan and manage digital campaigns that strengthen HRU’s online presence and support its client-focused services. You’ll create content, monitor performance, and use campaign insights to guide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, and email, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
• Create and edit content and graphics; manage website updates using WordPress and other content management systems.
• Conduct search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), including keyword research and conversion optimization.
• Track web analytics and marketing analytics; prepare reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant SEO tools.
• Your impact: Clear, relevant campaigns help prospective clients find HRU’s services and understand how they may meet their needs.

Skills

• Essential: Digital marketing experience, content creation, copywriting, social media management, email marketing, paid advertising campaign management, and web analytics reporting.
• Essential: Familiarity with e-commerce, website management, digital campaign management, performance marketing, and digital marketing campaign setup.
• Preferred: Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Preferred: Technical proficiency with analytics, social media advertising campaigns, paid search marketing, and B2B marketing.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
