Digital Marketing Sales Rep

Job Summary

We are seeking driven Sales Representatives to help local and nationwide businesses elevate their digital presence.

In this role, you will reach out to business owners—helping them upgrade their existing marketing contracts or introducing comprehensive digital solutions to companies that currently have no website or marketing presence at all.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Perform daily calls (recommended 60–100 calls/day) targeting local and nationwide businesses.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify businesses without a digital presence, as well as companies dissatisfied with their current marketing agency contracts.
• Consultative Selling: Pitch tailored digital marketing and business development solutions, including:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Website Development & Redesign
• Social Media Management
• Comprehensive Business Development Services
• Pipeline Management: Build, track, and follow up on your lead pipeline to close deals and build client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience or comfort with back to back calling and sales.
• Self-starter attitude with high discipline, tenacity, and goal-oriented drive.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, web design, social media) is a plus.
• Access to a quiet workspace, a reliable phone, and a stable internet connection.

Compensation & Hours

• Job Type: Performance Based
• Pay: Uncapped Commission (High Earning Potential)
• Schedule: Flexible / Choose your own hours

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
