We’re seeking experienced professionals with strong communication skills and an interest in online marketing, sales and personal development.

About the role

You’ll use online marketing and professional communication to connect interested individuals with personal and leadership development programs.

Your activities will include creating marketing content, responding to enquiries, conducting introductory conversations, sharing established presentations and following up with interested people.

This is a remote, self-employed arrangement. You’ll organise your own schedule and manage your marketing activities and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish online marketing content to generate enquiries.
• Respond to interested individuals through phone, email and video calls.
• Conduct introductory conversations using an established process.
• Share relevant presentations and program information.
• Coordinate follow-up discussions and maintain organised contact records.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentoring.
• Follow established marketing guidelines and communication processes.

Experience and requirements

• Seven or more years of professional experience in marketing, sales, customer service, consulting, coaching, education, leadership or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisation and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your activities.
• Confidence using digital tools and willingness to learn new systems.
• Reliable computer, phone and internet access.

Structure and compensation

• Independent, self-employed arrangement.
• Earnings are based on qualifying product sales under the applicable compensation plan.
• No salary, hourly pay or guaranteed income.
• Training, mentoring and established systems are available.
• No cold calling required.
• Full details of the arrangement will be discussed during the introductory interview, before any commitment.
