General Purpose

Develops, manages, and optimizes Home Creations’ digital marketing presence to strengthen

brand awareness, increase website traffic and engagement, generate qualified leads, and

improve overall marketing performance.

Supervision Received

Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Home Creations is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help

shape and strengthen our digital presence across social media, search, paid advertising, and

other online channels.

This role blends the creative and analytical sides of marketing. You’ll help develop engaging

content, manage digital advertising, support SEO and local search strategies, monitor

performance, and identify new opportunities to grow awareness, engagement, and qualified

lead generation.

We’re looking for someone who understands how the different pieces of digital marketing work

together and can take an idea from concept to execution, evaluate the results, and continue

finding ways to improve.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing,

Marketing Coordinator, Website/CRM team member, Online Sales, Sales, and other

departments to ensure marketing efforts are coordinated, consistent, and aligned with company

goals.
