Diamond Cosmetics is hiring a creative, organized and results-oriented Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to help grow our brand across social media, digital channels, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.!!

The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist works with the team onsite at our Tamarac, Fl. office and is responsible for:

• Creating engaging digital content, including graphics, product photography, short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and promotional materials.
• Managing the company’s social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
• Managing and optimizing Amazon and TikTok Shop, including product listings, imagery, descriptions, promotions, and overall marketplace presentation.
• Developing e-commerce visuals and marketing assets designed to improve product presentation, customer engagement, and conversion.
• Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing and e-commerce performance, including engagement, traffic, conversion rates, sales, and other key KPIs.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to increase online sales and brand awareness through content, promotions, marketplace optimization, and emerging digital trends.
• Researching competitors, consumer trends, social media trends, and marketplace activity to identify new marketing and growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with sales, product development, and management on new product launches, seasonal initiatives, promotions, and overall brand strategy.
• Coordinating internally to ensure the accuracy of product information, inventory, pricing, and promotional information.
