Somewhere on our floor right now, there's a product that would make a genuinely great video. We just haven't found the person who sees it yet.

That's the job.

We opened in 2025 as a fixed-price liquidation store - no digging through bins, no guessing what something costs. New merchandise shows up almost daily, and on a busy Saturday the place is legitimately buzzing. We need someone who can turn that into 42 short-form concepts a week, filmed and edited by them, from start to finish.

You won't run out of things to film here. The challenge is pace - 42 concepts a week is fast. That's why we ramp you in: 28 concepts/week for your first two weeks while you learn the floor and our formats, then full 42 starting week three.

A normal week looks like this

- 2 days in-store, filming in batches

- 2 Instagram Lives, 45 minutes each

- 14 Stories

- Editing, captions, publishing, and next week's shot list - on your own time, your own way

Nobody's handing you footage to cut or ideas to shoot. This is a solo seat. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't for you. If it sounds like finally getting to run your own show, keep reading.

What we actually need to see: real videos you made, not concepts you'd "totally shoot if hired." You film. You edit. A live camera doesn't rattle you. And you use AI the way a good cook uses a knife - to move faster, not to think for you.

$600/week base, up to $300/week in bonuses (three components, $100 each, tied to execution, engagement, and how fast you iterate on what's working). A strong week pays $900. This is a 1099 contractor role, 2 days/week in person at our Lawrenceville store. If you already mentally storyboard when you walk through a store, you know who you are. Apply below.
