School Psych AI builds AI tools specifically for school psychologists and related professionals.

We serve individual practitioners and school districts across the country. Our platform includes tools that support psychological evaluation writing, data interpretation, behavioral support, intervention planning, progress monitoring, parent communication, and other parts of school psychology practice.

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist to help us consistently communicate what we are building, what is new, and why it matters.

This is a hands-on content creation role.

You will be responsible for helping School Psych AI maintain an active daily social media presence while creating the graphics, videos, carousels, captions, and other content needed to support that presence.

We are looking for someone who can take rough ideas, product updates, videos, webinars, customer feedback, and existing content and turn them into polished, useful content without needing step-by-step direction every time.

What You’ll Own Daily Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and publish content across School Psych AI’s social media channels
• Maintain a consistent social media presence Monday through Friday
• Create original graphics, carousels, short videos, product announcements, educational posts, promotional content, and other social assets
• Write clear, natural captions and calls to action
• Turn product updates and new features into content our audience can quickly understand
• Repurpose existing content rather than allowing strong content to be used only once
• Maintain and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar
• Schedule and publish posts consistently
• Help ensure our messaging and visuals remain consistent across channels

Video Editing & Repurposing

• Edit short-form and long-form video content
• Turn weekly Office Hours, product demos, webinars, tutori
