About Adoor Property Management LLC (“APM”)

Adoor Property Management is a joint venture between Rithm Capital and Darwin Homes. APM is the property management platform for Rithm Capital’s build-to-rent and single-family rental (“SFR”) homes. APM manages the portfolio using Origin, Darwin Homes’ turnkey technology management platform. APM leverages Darwin’s proprietary software and end-to-end real estate platform, positioning the venture as a leading player in the SFR industry and enabling Rithm to focus on capital allocation and strategic decision-making.

The Role

Grace Meadows, a build-to-rent SFR community, is looking for a motivated and experienced Community Manager to lead the operations of our residential community, with a strong focus on leasing activities and resident engagement. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in property management or leasing and a valid real estate license. Weekend availability is essential to meet the needs of prospective residents and current tenants.

Duties

Community Management

* + Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a well-functioning and welcoming community environment. + Serve as the primary contact for residents, resolving concerns promptly and professionally. + Enforce community rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable living experience. + Plan and coordinate resident events to build a sense of community and encourage engagement. + Manage service requests where required and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
