The Social Media Coordinator brings Lucchese's day-to-day social presence to life. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on creating and posting content, managing our social communities, and supporting our influencer and user-generated content (UGC) strategy. You'll work closely with the Manager of Content Strategy and partner cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, Events, and Product teams.What You'll Do ------------------

Content Creation & Posting

* Create, schedule, and publish social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more * Help build and maintain the social media content calendar * Shoot and edit photo/video content for social platforms * Support the Manager of Content Strategy in executing content plans and campaigns Community Management* Monitor and respond to comments and messages across our social platforms in a timely, on-brand way * Pull insights from customer reviews (Yelp, Google Business, Apple Business) and social comments * Track community sentiment and share qualitative/quantitative insights to inform content strategy Trend Research & Strategy Support* Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging strategies * Bring trend insights and recommendations to the Manager of Content Strategy * Support planning of upcoming content based on research findings Influencer & UGC Management* Help build and manage Lucchese's influencer and user-generated content strategy * Identify, coordinate, and
